Near the end of a very big job installing a concrete footpath along the full length of Seventh Avenue. A great effort by the men in very hot weather.

We are in the hottest and driest part of the year and a major water leak was discovered. Council staff were quickly on the job trying to locate and fix the leak.

A big thank you to the staff at Burdekin Shire Council for getting the new Home Hill Cemetery Road Sign installed. It will save a lot of people having to stop and ask for directions.
