How about council investing in some of these bright temporary bins which can be used for festivals instead of the large unsightly industrial bins?

I have pushed hard to get a footpath sweeper for the Burdekin Shire. It will create a much needed job and its uses are endless throughout the shire.

We need better water storage, more footpaths and a "Be Active Trail", more seating and tables in Plantation Park and Lloyd Mann Park, swimming pool updates and an Art Centre cum Museum in Home Hill.
